Many women search for lower-belly exercises, but exercise does not let us choose exactly where fat is lost. What training can do is improve core strength, posture, trunk stability, and the way the midsection feels during everyday movement.
Endless ab circuits are not automatically better. Poor control, rushing reps, and relying on neck or hip flexors can make core sessions less effective.
Think in terms of stronger core function and consistent full-body training rather than spot reduction. That approach is more realistic and more sustainable.
